Minimize your Thunderbird to system tray only!
This add-on for Thunderbird is must have if you hate too many software hanging on your taskbar.
Go to Thunderbird Add-ons official page for "MinimizeToTray" extension, and right click on the green button "Install Now", choose "save link as", save this plugin to your PC. Then in Thunderbird open "Tools" - "Add ons" - click "Install" and browse where you saved tray plugin - install it, close Thunderbird and open it again. Voila, now it's working :)

The problem:
Recently, and to be honest, for the last two years, Firefox on my PC is crashing every day (for many times). Yeah, i'm a patient guy, doing all updates and stuff like that, but still i couldn't figure out why my firefox keeps crashing, freezing, and sometimes even killing my Windows (it's XP not Vista).
So as i got pissed off with this issue, i'm going to make an experiment - can i go back to Internet Explorer? Can i go back from Firefox, and still get the usability and plugins on Internet Explorer 7 that i have on Firefox? That is the main reason i was patient and was waiting for the tabbed browsing version come out (never mind the plugins for earlier IE versions). And i'm not talking here about "FF is more secure than IE" BS, if you don't click on every "you win, install this and claim prize" you can get along without security issues.
The values:
There's actually two plugins i need to run on IE7 - StumbleUpon (already running, no problemo) and Google toolbar (also running, no problemo). Stumble saves my day when looking for something new, G-bar is handy to see the PageRank of sites i visit.
There was a problem with bookmarks - i got hundreds of them on my Firefox, split into tens of folders. At first i had no idea how to import favourites into Internet Explorer 7 from my Firefox, but it turned out so painless!
The result:
Huh, now i got my IE7 pimped out: tabs (it does save sessions too), google toolbar, stumble upon, favorites from firefox, let's see where does this take me and will i be able to stay away from Firefox?..
P.S. About Firefox crashes: i got a PC running on AMD CPU, i have suspicions that it might be the issue (motherboard? bios?..), because bunch of my friends with IBM central processing units don't have problems with Firefox. Believe me, i like and love firefox, but its crashing, when i'm writing or installing something online, that makes me wanna jump out of seat and scream "That &$^#^% opensource!!!" :D
There might be other factors why FF keeps crashing, for example conflict with some other application that i'm also using for years, like: BOINC manager (SETI@home, yeah!), Winamp 2.9 (well, i love the old one), AVG antivirus, or something else that's running at the time with FF.. And believe me, i have no time to browse forums and investigate this solution, it's easier for me (the dumb user) to abandon problematic software and adapt back to the one that works.
P.S.2 My PC has 1 gig or RAM, fast AMD cpu, and all the stuff to not to say "you're machine is slow, dude, what do you expect!".
If you have the same problem with Firefox crashing constantly, reply in comments!! I have no idea how many or few peepz are suffering from it.

How cool is that, huh? I just found Guerrilla Mail - they give you disposable e-mail addresses, and you can use them whatever you want (i hope for good reason). Your brand new e-mail address will expire after 15 Minutes.
This might be a good tool for someone who travels, or has default mail account down due technical problems, or you simply want to send an anonymous message.
There's also video tutorial for you to get things going!
